Chautauqua Institution Amphitheater
Join The Beatbox House for a pulsing, dazzling performance in the Amphitheater — kids and teens will not want to miss this! Based out of New York City, The Beatbox House is a collective of World Champion Beatboxers. The collective is rebranding the art as a new form of music and is pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with the human voice. They were recently featured in The New York Times and represented the U.S. State Department with a tour of Indonesia and Singapore through the storied American Music Abroad Program. The Beatbox House will be in residence at Chautauqua Institution from Sunday, Aug. 20 through Saturday, Aug. 26 (Week Nine), through a partnership with Works & Process at the Guggenheim.
This performance is made possible in part by The John Alfred and Oscar Johnson Memorial Trust.
